The staff is friendly and courteous. He owned, Louise Albert's is very friendly and knowledgable of the surrounding area. The hotel is kept clean and tidy you can tell they take pride in their business. The pool and water slide is a welcoming treat for the kids after a long day of travel as is the hot tub and sauna for the parents achy muscles.
The owner and staff were very welcoming and pleasant. The facility was very clean and neat. A large choice of breakfast items were available with the all inclusive free breakfast. A pool and sauna area was available for guests. A good place for the tired travelers to stop.
the owner of this place hates truckers. unless your spending your money here. very selfish old man I would never stay in a place like this even as a last resort. -5 stars due to him not being very hospitable at all
Room was comfortable and large. Breakfast area was much different than we expected. Pool was well loved by our son. Uses the waterslide for a good 45 min straight.
Extremely friendly staff, excellent breakfast options, very clean room, convenient location. We were able to borrow from a large selection of free movies, enjoy free popcorn, and enjoy the clean pool (with waterslide) and hot tub. Great place to stay to visit Drumheller or for a weekend out of the city.
